Terms of Service

1. Operator and service description

The service is operated by the operator of this Armorik instance ("the service"). Contact: admin.hsp.armorik@sevasoft.cz

The service is a business application for managing business data — contacts, cases, orders, invoices, calendar, tasks, e-mail and related records.

2. User accounts

• Access is granted to registered users via an account created or invited by the instance administrator.
• Users must keep their credentials confidential and must not share them with third parties.
• Users are responsible for activities performed under their account.

3. Acceptable use

Users agree to use the service in compliance with applicable law and in particular:

• not to interfere with the security of the service or attempt unauthorized access,
• not to submit unlawful content or abuse the service for unsolicited e-mail (spam),
• to submit only data they are authorized to process.

The instance administrator may restrict or terminate access in case of a breach of these terms.

4. Third-party integrations

The service optionally connects to third-party accounts — primarily a Google account (Google Calendar, Google Tasks, Gmail) via Google OAuth 2.0.

• Connecting is voluntary and can be revoked at any time in the user profile or in the Google account settings.
• The processing of data from these accounts is described in the Privacy Policy.
• Integration functionality depends on the availability of third-party services, for which the operator is not responsible.

5. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is". The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Maintenance and outages are announced in advance where possible, or afterwards.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss incurred by users in connection with the use of the service. Users are responsible for maintaining adequate backups of their data.

7. Data and privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Data submitted by users remains the property of the respective entity; the operator processes it as a processor to the extent necessary to operate the service.

8. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The operator may amend these terms; material changes are communicated to users within the service or by e-mail.
